BRETT

It started out really bad...a real estate agent found Brett, the boy cat, under a car in his neighborhood of North Hollywood, CA. When he pulled him out, he was shocked to see how injured the cat was.  He had a huge open wound behind his ear that had turned black. Wounds all over his body...a very bad one on his foot and under his chin. To make matters worse, he could not walk right...he walked like a frog from a pelvic injury. He was maybe a day or two from dying right there under the car.  He was filthy dirty and smelled terrible.

To make this long story short, after one major surgery and two revision surgeries, weeks of various treatments and antibiotics..he is slowly recovering. He loves his foster Mom, the other cats, the dogs and his food. On rescue day he weighed about 3 1/2 lbs...now he is closing in on 7lbs.

He is super sweet, affectionate and he's getting a SECOND CHANCE.
Any donations towards Brett's medical bills are more than appreciated.

Maddie

Maddie was taken to a vet to be euthanized after her elderly owner died. The family did not want her. For the next 2 years Maddie was fostered by Catherine Sturgeon and her Father. They showered this older girl with so much love and affection...it was the best time of Maddie's life..they really miss her.
